Comprehensive Refund Policy for Services, Live Group Courses, and Memberships

Introduction

Our comprehensive refund policy is meticulously designed to clarify and ensure fairness while addressing operational realities and client expectations. This policy applies to staffing services, packaged offerings, live group courses, and memberships.

1. Staffing Services

1.2 Change of Staff: Clients have the opportunity to request changes to their assigned staff within the first five days of engagement without incurring additional costs. This initial period is crucial for training and aligning the staff with designated processes and client expectations. For 1:1 dedicated staffing services, which carry a premium of 50%, clients benefit from this adjustment period to set clear directions and expectations. For general staffing, tasks may be serviced by any of the 4-5 staff members on desk for BA tasks, depending on their availability and skill set. This policy acknowledges that while business plans and needs may evolve, the initial scopes of static projects are set to align with the agreed terms.

2. Packaged Offerings

Payment Terms:

  • Small Packages: Payments for small packages are required upfront due to their shorter engagement terms and lower cost, minimizing administrative overhead.

  • Medium Packages: These packages offer flexibility with options for upfront payment at a discounted rate or structured payments on a monthly or weekly basis.

  • Long Packages or Retainers: Payments for these services are structured on a monthly advance or weekly basis, ensuring sustained resource allocation and service provision.

Refund Terms:

  • Before Project Start: Full refunds are available if clients cancel the service before any substantive work begins, accommodating changes in plans or requirements.

  • After Draft Initiation: Only pro-rated refunds will be considered once a project reaches the draft stage, reflecting the investment of resources and time already committed. This policy acknowledges that while business plans and needs may evolve, the initial scopes of static projects are set to align with the agreed terms.

3. Live Group Courses and Memberships

3.1 No Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for live group courses and memberships once a client is enrolled or has made a purchase. These offerings involve significant resource allocation and planning based on participant numbers. The cost-effective nature of these offerings means managing refunds would impose a disproportionate administrative burden. Additionally, the no-refund policy supports our community and marketing goals by ensuring committed participation. This policy acknowledges that while business plans and needs may evolve, the initial scopes of static projects are set to align with the agreed terms.

General Terms

  • Refund Request Process: Clients must submit all refund requests in writing, clearly stating the reason for the request and providing any necessary supporting documentation.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval, ensuring a timely return of funds where applicable.

Conclusion

This refund policy is crafted to be reasonable, equitable, and transparent, providing our clients with clear guidelines while accommodating the dynamic nature of business and professional development needs. We encourage clients to review all service details thoroughly before making commitments and to contact us with any questions or concerns before finalizing their purchase.
